My name is Kenroy Wallace and I am originally from New York. I grew up actively involved in athletics. My childhood and teenage years were shaped by sports (football, basketball and track & field). I was fortunate enough to attend Lincoln University in Pa. by way of track & field. I later went on to attain my Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science from there in May of 2000.
I have an extensive background as a Track & Field Coach over the past decade. I’ve coached at Rutgers University in Camden, New Jersey for as a sprints and hurdles assistant coach in 2013 under legendary Coach Joseph Puleo. After departing Rutgers , I took my services to St. Joseph’s Prep High School where I served as the Sprints & Hurdles Assistant Coach for the past five years. During my tenure, I’ve produced numerous All-Americans, state medalists and most importantly collegiate student-athletes. I am also the Head Coach of The Athlete’s Academy AAU Track and Field Club since its inception in 2007. As head coach, my accolades include 3 national championship 4 x 800 meter relays with three different age groups during three consecutive years, 102 Jr. Olympic Medals and over 50 AAU All-Americans.
I specialize in working with athletes of all ages who are involved in various sports that want to improve their athletic performance and minimize injury. I’ve worked with football, basketball, baseball, volleyball, wrestling, track and field, tennis, endurance athletes and more. I also work with general fitness and weight loss clients who wish to improve their health and mobility.
