Sports trainer Da’Rel Scott provides performance sports training for student athletes, collegiate athletes and elite professional athletes. Coach Scott offers speed, agility, strength, mobility, flexibility and more!
Scott was born and raised in Conshohocken PA by his single mother Gloria Scott, along with his two older brothers Lee and James Scott. Da’Rel attended Plymouth Whitemarsh High School where he starred in football, basketball, and track & field. During Da’Rel’s senior year, at Plymouth Whitemarsh, he was heavily recruited to play football by numerous division 1 college programs.
Da’Rel accepted full athletic scholarship from the University of Maryland. At the University of Maryland Da’Rel was a three year starter and is one of only 7 running backs to attain a thousand yards rushing in a single season. In addition to starring on the University’s Football team, Da’Rel was focused on his education, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology.
Da’Rel was a member of the NFL’s 2010 draft class selected by the New York Giants. During his rookie season Da’Rel became a Super Bowl Champion. Da’Rel had an even bigger role in his second season with the Giants, contributing as both an ace kick returner and running back.
Da’Rel is happily married to his wife Alana. Together they raise their three beautiful children; Kamorie, Chase, and Payton.
