Athletes Academy Training Facility has now introduced a high school students workout program that focuses on strength and agility class. This class will be for advanced athletes only. Intensity will be higher and the challenges will be plentiful. We will be focused on improving every athlete to the best of their abilities.
When: Every day from 4:15-5:00pm Monday through Friday

We are looking for both male and female student athletes that are looking to improve their overall fitness to excel at their given sport. Our high school students workout program can help athletes that play any sport. Some of the sports that our student athletes play include football, soccer, basketball, field hockey, swimming, tennis, baseball, softball, lacrosse, rugby and volleyball.
