Our strength training program is designed for athletes looking to develop both muscular strength and muscular endurance. Muscle strength is about singular power. Muscle endurance is about conditioning the muscle for repetitive usage.
Athletes Academy’s trainers will push you as an individual in our classes and make sure you continue to gain strength. Our workouts will not only improve your muscle size, strength and power, but will also help prevent injuries.
The training will include using your own bodyweight, resistance bands, barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and dumbbells. Our focus is not only on upper and lower body but on the core as well.
When are Strength Training Classes?
