Athletes Academy’s sprint training program focuses on sprinting techniques and explosiveness. We also work on over-speed running, resisted running, jumping drills, hopping drills, jump mechanics and more.

When are Sprint Training Classes?
Our speed and agility classes are twice a week for two different age groups. The classes are held on Mondays and Fridays.
