Athletes Academy Training Facility is a 5600 square foot sports performance facility that features a state of the art weight room and a 33 yard long by 20 yard wide turf space. Our primary mission is to provide athletes with the tools and systematic training they need to improve their strength, power, speed, quickness and injury resilience. In addition to improved athletic performance, we aim to develop work ethic, mental toughness, and discipline. We believe sports performance training is key to the long term success of athletes of all sports, ages, and levels. We are always researching, developing and implementing strategies to stay on the cutting edge of peak sports performance.
Performance Skill Development
- Speed: Acceleration Mechanics, Top End Speed Mechanics
- Agility: Deceleration mechanics, Change of Direction skills and drills
- Power: Unilateral and Bilateral Jump Training, Landing Mechanics, Explosive and Ballistic Training
- Strength Training: Unilateral and Bilateral Strength training, age and level appropriate exercise selection
What We Offer: Performance Training
Athletic Performance Evaluation: Before any athlete start in our program, they must partake in an athletic performance evaluation. This evaluation will not only tell us where the athlete currently is but also aid us in tailoring a program to their needs.
The Academy (Group Training): In The Academy, athletes will train in a nurturing and competitive environment with other athletes in their age group. Our training system allows us to customize for each individual athlete within a group setting. No matter what level or how much experience an athlete may have, The Academy has a place for them.
- Novicer: Ages 9-11
- Intermediate: Ages 12-14
- Accelerated: Ages 15-18+
Personal Training: Athletes will be trained one-on-one by one of our certified sports performance coaches and will be provided with a tailor made program customized for their needs and goals.
Sports Team Training: Our team training program allows coaches to ensure that their players are getting the training they need while also building comradery and cohesiveness in another realm other than the field of play. Programs are tailored toward both the needs and wants of the sport
